Custodianship Role

Safety.Foundation acts as the custodian of the Non-Negotiable Safety framework. Custodianship means:

• maintaining canonical definitions,
• preserving conceptual integrity,
• preventing dilution or instrumental misuse.

Safety.Foundation does not:

• certify,
• endorse,
• regulate,
• judge,
• or replace authorities.

The Ecosystem

Safety.Foundation is part of a broader ecosystem that includes:

• Safety.Observer (observation and analysis),
• Safety Science publications (academic research),
• educational and public-facing initiatives.
